Nadia Buari









Nadia Buari is a Ghanaian actress and lives in Ghana. She is a daughter of Alhaji Sidiku Buari, a veteran musician, producer and former president of the Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA). 

She was born in Sekondi - Takoradi, Ghana on the 21st day November, 1982. She has starred in a countless number of movies in both Ghana and Nigeria. Nadia has played several different roles in most of these movies. Her first major film was Mummy's Daughter, after which she starred in Beyonce: The President's daughter and many more.

Nadia spent her early years in Takoradi Ghana, but later moved to Accra and enrolling in Englebert International School where she had her junior high school education. She also attended Mfantsiman Girls Senior High School. She studied Performing Arts at the University of Ghana, Legon and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts (BFA degree in Fine Arts).

Nadia has picked several awards both local and international. She is also ambassador of Globacom, one of Africa's giant telecommunication companies and she was also the face of Devon soap, a lead brand in Nigeria. 

Nadia Buari is a founder of charity foundation "Nadia Buari Foundation" which is targeting and supporting the needy and underprivileged in society. She has made donations to hospitals, female porters, deprived communities and schools.

Yvonne Nelson









Yvonne Nelson is a Ghanaian actress and lives in Ghana. She is a former miss Ghana contestant. She was born in Dansoman, Accra, Ghana  to Miss Margaret Gaddy and Mr. O. Nelson on the 12th day  November, 1985. Yvonne Nelson is the last born. She has one brother Enoch and one sister Sylvia.

Yvonne had her basic and junior high education at St.Martin De Porres in Dansoman Accra (2000). She continued to Aggrey memorial secondary school (2003)  then to Central University college where she did a degree course in Human Resource Management.

Yvonne shot to fame after a big screen role in Princess Tyra and Playboy. She is an award-winning actress and has starred in a number of Ghanaian and Nigerian movies. 

Yvonne has won several awards including GMA favourite actress award in 2010, Ghana's Best Actress Award at the August 2011 City People Awards, Face of Ghana Best Actress in the United States of America 2012 and PAMSAA Best International Actress 2012.

Yvonne Nelson has a number of businesses in Accra including two fashion shops named YN Closet Fashion Shops which have latest designer wears from around the world and from local designers as well. She also owns YN Movie Productions with movie credits.

As part of her efforts to give back to society, she launched the Yvonne Nelson Glaucoma Foundation in 2010 to educate the public on the harmful effects of the eye ailment.
