Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas, is an American recording artist, record producer, dancer and actress. She was born on October 13, 1980, in Glen Cove, New York. He mother, Tina Douglas, is a former dance teacher, and her father, Ken - Kaide Thomas Douglas, is a former singer.

Her mother named her after Ashanti Empire in Ghana.

Liya Kebede is an Ethiopian born model, clothing designer and actress. She was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Liya Kebede was born on March 1, 1978.

In 2000, Liya Kebede married Ethiopian hedge fund manager, Kassy Kebede. They have two children together, son Suhul born in 2001 and daughter Raee born in August 2005.  As of 2007, the family redides in New York City.

Sophie Ndaba









Sophie Ndaba is a South African actress. She was born in Soweto, South Africa.

Sophie was a photographic model, and then moved on to acting in a few television series such as Class of 92, supporting roles in Thlaranthlope and Yizo Yizo 1. This was complemented by her cameo appearances in Egoli 1992 and later Soul City.

1993 marked the dawn of her main break when she landed the role of Queen Sebobe on Generations the number one soapie in South Africa.

Sophie has won several awards including Duku Duku Award for Best Soap Actress in 2003, Star in You Kids Award for Favourite Soap Actress 2006. Favourite Actress award at the 2008 YOU Magazine Spectacular Awards. Best Comic actor Award for the Golden horn awards 2009.

Sophie Ndaba is the founder of The Sophie Ndaba Foundation of Hope and its focus is raising funds to ensure Orphanages are HOME for the Orphans as she grew up in an Orphanage herself and also programmes supporting the progression of women and children from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.

Ahmed Soultan is a Moroccan singer artist. He was born on June 17, 1978 in Taroudant in the district of Souss-Massa-Draa.





Ajak Deng








Ajak Deng is an Australian-Sudanese model. She was born on December 7, 1989 in Sudan and fled to a Kenyan refugee camp with her parents and four brothers and three sisters in 2003 after civil unrest erupted. During that time her mother passed away from malaria and she became the mother to her six month old sister.

By 2005 her family was given the opportunity to move to Australia. She quickly began to model and made her debut at the 2008 Melbourne Spring Fashion Week.
