Naeto C









Naetochukwu Chikwe popularly known by his stage name as Naeto C, is a Nigerian rapper, Afrobeat artist and record producer. 

Naeto C was born on 17 December, 1982 in Houston, Texas, USA to former Nigerian Ambassador to Ireland, Doctor Mrs. Kema Chiukwe and Chief Herbert Chikwe. 

After finishing his secondary education in Lagos, he moved to the United States for higher education both in SUNY Old Westbury and a year later, George Washington University. He graduated in 2004 from the George Washington University with a BSc in Biology, intending to go study further and become a medical doctor. After some deep self-searching he changed his mind and decided to pursue his dream and develop his talent as a musician. In summer 2013 Naeto C returned to school to pursue a higher degree in London at the Oxford University taking  a course in Energy Economics.

Naeto C received an MTV Africa Music Awards-Best New Musician 2008. In 2009 he received Channel O Music Video Awards-Video of The Year and MTV Africa Music Awards 2009-Best New Artist.

Naeto C is married to ex-model, Nicole Chukwueke and they have one son.

Femi Kuti









Olufela Olufemi Anikulapo Kuti popularly known as Femi Kuti is a Nigerian musician and the eldest son of afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti. Femi Kuti was born on 16 June, 1962 in London to Remi and Fela Kuti. Femi Kuti grew up in Lagos. His mother soon left his father, taking Femi to live with her. In 1977, however, Femi chose to move in with his father and became a member of his father's band. His mother who had played an influential role in his life died at the age of 60 in 2002.

Femi created his own band 'Positive Force' in the late 1980s with Dele Sosimi, former key - board player of his father, Fela Anikulapo Kuti. His International career began in 1988 when he was invited by the French Cultural Centre in Lagos and Christian Mousset to perform at the Festival d'Angouleme (France), the New Morning club in Paris and the Moers Festival in Germany.
