Jackie Appiah is a Ghanaian actress. She was born on 5th December, 1983 in Canada but moved back to Ghana along with her parents in 1993. Jackie Appiah is the last of five children. She was married to Mr. Peter Agyemang in 2005 and their marriage ended in 2013. Jackie Appiah and her ex husband have one son, his name is Damian Agyemang.
Jackie made her first onscreen appearance on the popular TV series such as Things we do for love, not only were we smitten, we practically fell head over heels with her sweet and adorable character. She has won numerous awards including the awards for Best actress in a leading role at the 2010 African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) and Best Actress in a supporting Role at the African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) in 2007.

Jackie Appiah on her birthday on 5th December 2012 at the Oncology department of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, Ghana. She donated toiletries, drinks and food to the children with cancer and she made a cash donation of $1000.
